Out of my hands it flew
Like a bird in the sky
My expectations, like a vapour
Vanished before my eyes

Tears of loss
Rolled down my cheek
My heart broken
My world in shreds

For i lost a sparrow
To gain an eagle

CONCLUSION:
We have finally come to the end of this series.

Expectedly, this series attracted the least interest from my friends so far. This goes on to confirm the apprehension/apathy that majority have concerning this topic.

Meditation simply means "thinking". Period!
Taking time out in a serene environment to think about important issues of life.

Thinking about the past successes and failures and extracting the lessons thereby.
Thinking about the present; with a view of strategizing appropriately.
Thinking about the future; your dreams/aspirations.
Thinking about great ideas. Things to do. Things not to do. How to do them. When to do them...

At the end of each day, you should spend a couple of minutes, quietly taking stock of the day's activities. That is meditation.

Regularly from time to time, you should take time-out to evaluate your life's time-table with a view of seeing if you are still on course and if your pace is satisfactory. That is meditation.

So, meditation is not as laborious and complex as it has been touted! It is simple. It is necessary if you must live a fulfilling life.

A PERFECT SPOUSE.
Most times, singles pray that God should provide them with a "perfect" partner.
Married couples who are also experiencing matrimonial frictions pray earnestly that God should touch their spouses and make a perfect partner out of them.
The key to a blissful union, is making YOURSELF the perfect partner!
Develop yourself. Study your partner and know his/her weaknesses and areas of strength and make allowances for them. Why on earth would you expect perfection from another, when you aren't perfect?
No matter how long you pray, your union will yet experience friction from time to time.
The only set of people who are guaranteed a totally friction-free union, are those in the cemetery.
